Thank you for your interest in Stereoscope Theatre.
For best results, please view Stereoscope Theatre at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768.

This software requires Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer 4 or above to be installed on your computer. You will also need a sound card capable of playing MIDI music and JavaScript installed on your computer to hear the music.

The Vintage Antique Classics Publishing Co. hereby grants you a non-exclusive license to use the software titled "Stereoscope Theatre" (henceforth called "the Software"). This is an unrestricted version.
The terms of this license are that you may not:

- create derivative works based on the Software;
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction);
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
- sell the software
LICENSE TERMINATION

The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms described above.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not Vintage Antique Classics Publishing Company assume the entire cost of any service and repair.

Vintage Antique Classics Publishing Co. is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.

Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and of the Software shall remain with the Vintage Antique Classics Publishing Co. The Software is protected by international copyright treaties.
